AI Sync SMS Terms

1. Operator

The AI Sync SMS program is operated by AI Sync Communications LLC (“AI Sync,” “we,” “us”). Mailing address: 5900 Balcones Dr, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States.

2. Program description

Optional, non-marketing AI Sync customer communications concerning your requested support, onboarding, and account or integration-service notifications. We do not send promotions, advertising, or third-party offers through this program.

3. Enrollment

You enroll only by checking the separate SMS-consent box on our contact form. Providing a phone number, connecting an API, authorizing an OAuth connection, or having your details imported by an AI Sync customer does not enroll you.

4. Frequency, rates, and consent

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using AI Sync.

5. Opting out (STOP)

Reply STOP to the same sending number at any time to stop messages. After opting out you may receive one confirmation message, then no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

6. Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to the same sending number for help, email support@aisync.link, or reach us through the contact page.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
